By booking a session at Core or signing up for membership, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Booking Policy
Advance Booking:
Clients are encouraged to book their desired classes in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio’s reception. Classes can be booked up to 21 days in advance.
Priority Access:
Priority for class reservations is given to members on a first-come, first-served basis.
Start Times & Late Arrivals:
Clients are requested to arrive at the studio at least 5-10 minutes before the class' scheduled start time. Late arrivals of 5-10-minutes or more, will result in the forfeiture of the class. This is policy is in place to ensure the upmost safety of all participants and to prevent injury, as well as avoiding disruption of the class.
Special Offers:
Special offers, including our introductory offer of first 2 classes for £32, are subject to one purchase per person only, and cannot be shared between clients.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you can no longer attend a booked class, clients must cancel or reschedule their session at least 24 hours before the classes scheduled start time to avoid forfeiture of the session. Late cancellations are not eligible for any refunds or class credits.
