Cancellation Policy

At Core. we understand that sometimes life gets busy and plans change. However, in order to provide the best service to our clients and to effectively manage our schedule, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy. By booking a session at Core and signing up to a membership package, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ADVANCED BOOKINGS // Clients are encouraged to book their desired classes in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio’s reception. Classes can be booked up to 21 days in advance. PRIORITY ACCESS // Priority for class reservations is given to members on a first-come, first-served basis. LATE ARRIVALS // Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS // Clients can cancel their bookings online or within the Core Reformer app. Clients who cancel their booking 12+ hours before, will automatically receive a class credit back to their account. In the event of late cancellations (less than 12-hours before), class credits will not be refunded and a no-show fee of £2 will automatically be charged if you if you fail to attend, or cancel your booking at least 2 hours before. Clients with excessive no-shows may also face restrictions on future bookings.
