Service Description
Whether you're new to Pilates or just new to the reformer, you're in the right place. In this class, we'll introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and how they apply specifically to the reformer machine. We will also demonstrate how to use the reformer so that you feel confident and comfortable performing each and every exercise. This class is delivered at a slow and steady pace that is perfect for all our wonderful newbies! *If you are new to Reformer Pilates, you must attend at least 1 beginner class to learn the basics of the machine.
Cancellation Policy
At Core. we understand that sometimes life gets busy and plans change. However, in order to provide the best service to our clients and to effectively manage our schedule, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy. By booking a session at Core and signing up to a membership package, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ADVANCED BOOKINGS // Clients are encouraged to book their desired classes in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio’s reception. Classes can be booked up to 28 days in advance. PRIORITY ACCESS // Priority for class reservations is given to members on a first-come, first-served basis. LATE ARRIVALS // Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot. CANCELLATIONS // If you can no longer attend a booked class, clients must cancel their reservations at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class to avoid forfeiture of the session. NO SHOW POLICY // Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show." Clients with excessive no-shows may face restrictions on future bookings.
