Mike is a passionate fitness professional with extensive experience in reformer pilates, martial arts and personal training. Mike always bring the best energy and an amazing R&B playlist to his classes! 

 

He's also a specialist in helping individuals manage neck, shoulder, back, and hip pain, along with improving mobility and posture. Mike also works in collaboration with osteopaths, physiotherapists, and other specialists to bring holistic wellness solutions to his clients.
