Mindful Movement & Holistic Wellbeing
Monika's Pilates journey began over 25 years ago in her native Poland, where her passion for contemporary dance, physical theatre, and psychology sparked her fascination with the mind-body connection. She first earned her certification as a Mat Pilates instructor, followed by Barre teacher training. She then completed Reformer training with STOTT, integrating modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles, which deepened her appreciation for Pilates' versatility. This autumn she expanded her expertise further by training in Cadillac, Barrel, and Chair Pilates.
Monika loves guiding clients through their Pilates journey, whether they are complete beginners, individuals undergoing rehabilitation for injuries or musculoskeletal issues, or athletes seeking a dynamic and focused workout. With her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and her genuine passion for mindful movement, Monika is dedicated to helping others achieve holistic well-being.
