Delivery Information
1. Collections from the Studio
- Collections are available free of charge from: 55 High Street, Gravesend, DA11 0BB
- Orders made before 3pm can be collected next day
- Orders made after 3pm can be collected within 48 hours
- Collections can be made anytime between classes:

Mornings; 15-25 mins past the Hour

Evenings/Weekends; 45-55 mins past the Hour
2. Postal Orders
- For home delivery all orders will incur a flat rate postage fee of £3.95
- Postal orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are delivered within 3–5 working days
- Orders placed during public holidays will be processed the next working day
3. Late Collections & Deliveries
We'll keep your order safe at the studio, however please note that it is the customers responsibility to remember to pop-in and collect it.
If you're unavailable at the time of your Royal Mail delivery, we've instructed them to leave a card with instructions for redelivery, or collection from your local depot.
Returns & Exchanges
We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, then please review our returns policy and follow the steps below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, and opened or used products
- Classes purchased by you or others, as part of any special offers
- Memberships purchased by you or others as a gift
3. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
4. Exchanges:
- Exchanges can be made against any product or service of the same value.
5. How to Return:
- Email us at: hello@core-reformer.co.uk to process your return.
- Drop your return back to us at the studio, or send by post to the address provided.
- Return postage fees are not covered by Core Reformer
