Service Description

A more athletic class designed to really build strength and improve muscle tone. Our intermediate classes use layers and progressions to ensure you get the most out of each session. A full body workout that integrates the 6 principles of Pilates. By progressing to Intermediate Classes, you’ll quickly see new levels of core strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. The increasing demand of the Intermediate exercises means your posture will improve; you’ll stand taller and straighter, and your physique will become leaner and more toned. *Recommended after 2-3 Beginner Classes, or whenever you feel ready!


Cancellation Policy

At Core. we understand that sometimes life gets busy and plans change. However, in order to provide the best service to our clients and to effectively manage our schedule, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy. By booking a session at Core and signing up to a membership package, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ADVANCED BOOKINGS // Clients are encouraged to book their desired classes in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio’s reception. Classes can be booked up to 21 days in advance. PRIORITY ACCESS // Priority for class reservations is given to members on a first-come, first-served basis. LATE ARRIVALS // Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot. CANCELLATIONS // If you can no longer attend a booked class, clients must cancel their reservations at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class to avoid forfeiture of the session. NO SHOW POLICY // Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show." Clients with excessive no-shows may face restrictions on future bookings.
