Role & Responsibilities
As Studio Manager you'll play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business. You can find a 360 degree view of what the role entails below.
Member Experience, Events & Community Growth

Assist in planning and delivering member socials and wellness events

Support partnerships, promotional campaigns and community initiatives.

Act as a positive ambassador for the Core Reformer brand both in-studio and online.

Manage member communications across email, WhatsApp and social media

Respond promptly to enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service

Provide membership and booking support to new and existing clients

Build strong relationships with our community through member recognition initiatives

Review and respond to member feedback

Monitor reviews across platforms
Team Support - Leadership, Recruitment & Development

Act as the main point of contact for instructors

Coordinate instructor cover and scheduling requirements

Support recruitment campaigns, auditions and instructor onboarding

Organise training and development initiatives

Help maintain exceptional teaching standards

Eembed Core Reformer values and culture
Core Training Academy

Coordinate enquiries and administration for training courses and workshops.

Liaise with external training providers and course participants.

Support course delivery, communications and post-course follow-up.
Studio Operations

Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio

Manage timetable updates and booking systems

Maintain studio standards and ensure all facilities and refreshments are fully stocked
• Coordinate private bookings, events and special projects
Requirements
In order to excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is:

Passionate about health, wellness and community-building.

Experienced in team co-ordination and customer-facing management roles.

Has a pro-active “Can-do” attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills.
