Role & Responsibilities


As Studio Manager you'll play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business. You can find a 360 degree view of what the role entails below.

Member Experience, Events & Community Growth

 

  • Assist in planning and delivering member socials and wellness events

  • Support partnerships, promotional campaigns and community initiatives.

  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Core Reformer brand both in-studio and online.

  • Manage member communications across email, WhatsApp and social media

  • Respond promptly to enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Provide membership and booking support to new and existing clients 

  • Build strong relationships with our community through member recognition initiatives

  • Review and respond to member feedback

  • Monitor reviews across platforms

 

Team Support - Leadership, Recruitment & Development

 

  • Act as the main point of contact for instructors

  • Coordinate instructor cover and scheduling requirements

  • Support recruitment campaigns, auditions and instructor onboarding

  • Organise training and development initiatives 

  • Help maintain exceptional teaching standards

  • Eembed Core Reformer values and culture

 

Core Training Academy

 

  • Coordinate enquiries and administration for training courses and workshops.

  • Liaise with external training providers and course participants.

  • Support course delivery, communications and post-course follow-up.

 

Studio Operations

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio

  • Manage timetable updates and booking systems

  • Maintain studio standards and ensure all facilities and refreshments are fully stocked

   • Coordinate private bookings, events and special projects

Requirements

 

In order to excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about health, wellness and community-building.

  • Experienced in team co-ordination and customer-facing management roles.

  • Has a pro-active “Can-do” attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Is confident taking ownership of projects

  • Has excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
